What data we collect

Only what you give us when you contact us by email: your email address and whatever you write to us. That’s it.

This website has no forms, no first-party cookies, no user tracking, and no analytics tools that identify individuals.

What we use it for

Only to reply to your inquiry or manage the business relationship that may arise from that contact.

Legal basis

Processing is based on your consent (you’re the one writing to us) and, where there’s a contractual relationship, on the performance of that contract.

How long we keep it

As long as needed to handle your inquiry and, where there’s a business relationship, for the duration of that relationship plus the applicable legal retention periods (generally 5 years for civil obligations, 4 for tax purposes under Spanish law).

Who we share it with

We don’t sell or transfer your data to third parties. We may share it with service providers acting as data processors (e.g. our email provider), always under appropriate contractual safeguards.

Your rights

You can access your data, correct it, request deletion, object to processing, or request portability. Email us at hello@alicebob.es stating what you’d like and we’ll respond within the legal timeframe.

If you’re not satisfied with our response, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Authority (aepd.es).
